Welcome to our website. I returned to Chattanooga after a 25 year absence to lead the dynamic and productive AXA Advisors office here. My focus is on recruiting and developing new associaties to join our team of financial professionals.* I also maintain several hundred personal and business clients, helping identify and prioritize goals for wealth accumulation and preservation. Our team develops strategies to help meet those goals and provide implementation through the broad spectrum of financial products and services that I offer. I joined AXA Equitable in 1993 in Knoxville, Tennessee, after a career as a television news manager. In 1996 I became Divisional Vice President for the Knoxville office and transferred to Chattanooga in 2002. Our team has since earned national recognition on multiple ocassions. In 2005 and 2006 we ranked 8th nationally in AXA Advisors District Leadership Award, a recognition for new associate development. My team of financial professionals have afforded me the honor being named District Manager of the Year for the Tennessee Branch nine times. Graduated with a B.S. degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1978, I remain an avid Big Orange fan. I hold the Certified Life Underwriter designation from The American College. In November 2007 I completed the AXA Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This series of studies on asset allocation, investor behavior , and practice management is under the leadership of Harvard Professor Dr. Harold Langlois. I am a member of the industry's Million Dollar Round Table and the Chattanooga Council on Estate Planning. I believe that sucessful businesses should give back to their communities with time, talent and money. That is a philosophy shared by the AXA Advisors, and therefore, I have had the opportunity to direct support projects for several organizations in Knoxville and Chattanooga. I am a member of the Cleveland/Bradley County Chamber of Commerce, the Tennessee Multi-cultural Chamber of Commerce, Cleveland First Baptist Church, and serve on the board of New Hope Pregnancy Crisis Center.
